All I can tell you is my payment on my 2020 lease is $555 with tax. Just went this weekend to look for a new lease and they want between about $800 per month that includes about $5K of equity on my old lease. This is crazy

This is the current market. Every lease is around 30-60% more expensive than the previous one.

Audi offers Premium and Premium Plus trims on their vehicles. Please research your request and ask again.

Don't mean to differ from your answer however for the 2023 RX350 Lexus has changed their methods of identifying certain packages and it appears that there is now a Base, Premium, Premium+, and Luxury RX350 .

Well, upon further review, I don't have any numbers for the 2023 RX350. I only have them for the RX500h.

When are they expected to arrive at the dealer?

Thanks for the mf/rv info. I contacted a local Lexus dealer re: a 2023 RX 350 premium+, msrp $55,740; 36/7.5k, $2,500 out-of-pocket w/excellent credit. They quoted a mind numbing $934/mo. lease payment (and that was after negotiating down from over $1,000/mo.). I questioned the mf and rv they were using and it was the .00315 and 61% provided here. No thanks.

What was the selling price for that quote?

I'd guess it was above MSRP

Same here. My 2020 F-Sport is $550/mo and my lease ends in April. At this point, I'm just going to buy the lease out & keep my current RX. It doesn't make sense to pay $800-$1000 for a new vehicle when mine is literally perfect inside & out.

Spoke to another Lexus dealer in 33027 and here's the quote: 2023 RX 350+, msrp $57,285, sale price $54,785, 39/7.5, mf .00294, 61% res, $1,500 out-of-pocket, $878.45/mo. What do you think of the deal? Would I be better off buying and financing @ 4% for 60 months? Thanks.

How long do you plan to keep the car? Financing seems to be a better approach, given how poor the lease programs are lately.

Spending $35K for 39 months of use seems a bit excessive.

Also, the lease rate equates to 7%, so if you can borrow the money at 4%, you're already better off.
