    Hi - is it possible to predict at all if lease #'s will get better or worse in November? This is my first time leasing and trying to get the best deal possible, and wondering if waiting one more month to get a bigger deal on a 5 would be the right move. No worries if not!

    I am looking at a leasing a 2023 Ioniq 5 Limited RWD in North Carolina but I live in Maryland. Whats the correct money factor to use for my lease calculations? Looking to lease for 36months at 10k miles a year.

    Also - where do I find these up to day money factors?

    Oops sorry, I added the trim in my post. But Im looking at the 2023 Ioniq 5 Limited RWD. Maybe buying in NC but registering in MD if that makes a difference.

    I see some LTD MF numbers in the post above mine, but thats a reply to a poster who listed their Zip code. Does the Zip code matter?

    This is interesting. Last month I think it was .00389 MF and 74% RV. Essentially a wash.

    From a customer standpoint, is one better than the other (low MF or low RV)?

    You can't look at the numbers individually - they work together to get to a payment the bank would like to see.
