Dealer is marking up the rate for extra profit.

Just tell them you want the base rate.

Or, shop another dealer.

Thank you very much. Why are Lincoln lease finance numbers quoted as an APR? Does this mean that the captive lender MF is 0.0002 and 0.00059 respectively?

Seems about right.. There must be something added to the selling price, because your $2750 rebate results in a CAP cost reduction, while your CAP cost is higher than the selling price.

I get a payment about $8/mo. less, but the conversion from APR to money factor isn't exact, so that could account for some of that.

Of course, I have no idea what these sell for, or if that's a good price.

I'd think a 36 month lease might be about $70/mo. lower payment.
