The $1000 is Nissan to dealer money, so it's already in their pocket. Did you negotiate a selling price lower than MSRP before the incentives? Because that's where the $1000 would be.. contained in their discount. If they are only giving you $11,705 total off MSRP, then you are effectively paying over MSRP.
