    The $1986 represents the capitalization of the three inception amounts listed under "Total Due at Signing".
    Since the total Due at Signing is ZERO (not even first payment), then those amounts have to be added to the CAP cost.

    In the quote above, the adjusted CAP cost would be $42620 + $1986 = $44606.
    The amount Due at Signing is ZERO.

    The discount is good, but it looks to me like they are marking up the money factor. (by .00050).

    I have been looking to lease a WRX Limited and there is very little inventory (of this trim) in the Pittsburgh area. I have found cars in Ohio & WV (both within 100 miles of my location) but the said the cannot due out of state leases just purchases. Any advice to help with this issue? Would a lease broker be able to help? Thank you

    I don't know. Do they say why? Maybe, it's out of their region?

    If it's your residence that matters, a broker won't help.

    Some dealers automatically blow off potential customers from out of the local area. They've made a calculation that the number of sales isn't worth the time involved.

    We haven't heard that.. but, if you hear from multiple dealers, it must be true.

    No lease programs for the 2022 WRX.

    Your dealer may have a local bank willing to write a lease for it ... but, I wouldn't expect it to be very good.

    WRX Premium 6-Speed - 36/10 - if there are other terms that have lower MF, please let me know. 36 usually seems to be the sweet spot.

    Also, it appears 24' WRX is orderable, but am I to assume we wont know what the deals look like on them till they hit lots around March?

    Thanks. MF is still so high :(. I'll be buying probably in March so I'll check back then. It seems its gone down slightly the last few months.

    This is just a guess..

    Internal gross profit numbers on the deal?
    One is sales and the other is F&I, and T = Total.

    But, I have other questions about this deal, as well.

    Appears that the the first one is run through a different bank.

    The only difference should be residual. But, the residual doesn't match up, and the money factor is different.

    Also, the 2nd one has the money factor marked up from the .00211 base. This one looks like an SMF lease.

    Also... look at the 3 items checked Due Now, and tell me how that adds up to the Total DAS?
