PS: I wish Edmunds did articles or monthly reviews which cars are best leases for each class/category. Even if it was like a premium feature that people can pay to subscribe, I think it would be an amazing tool for most people who are regularly leasing. Of course, it also matter how much discount car dealers are offering but once we figure out the base with MF/RVs I think it's easier to narrow it down after that.

The promoted 39 month term is going to be better, so long as you qualify for loyalty.

Thank you so much! That's 1% up, which results in near $100/month increase in payments. BMW is really going to struggle leasing these cars at these numbers.

I don't think BMW is hurting for money, and I'd guess these numbers are set higher than the 2023 models to help move the older inventory.

I know It's subjective but overall the response to their most recent redesigns have been unfavorable, X5 interior (partially exterior) and now 5 Series exterior and interior, is not really the type of designs core BMW drivers want. It's sad but there is no replacement for these vehicles I think BMW knows this. I feel like they might be hurting as more and more 24's from other car makers are released with better and better interiors. I really admire some of them like Mazda for sticking with the basics, and the new Nautilus, not to mention Genesis and few others. Let's see how things go.

Wow, MF keeps going up almost 1 point per month for last few months. By the end of the year it will be pretty difficult to lease these low RV vehicles.

BMW dealers are permitted to markup the rate by .00040 max, for extra profit.
I always insist on the base rate. Some dealers won't budge
