May I please have the money factor and residual on 36/10 for an X7 M60i in 33301? Any incentives? And what is the factory APR for a 60 mo. loan? Debating lease vs purchase... Any input welcomed.

If you're leasing, I surely wouldn't put all that money into the new lease.
In any case, you'll need a selling price to calculate the payment. Are you paying full MSRP? Texas is a weird state when it comes to taxes. You pay sales tax on the full price of the vehicle. Not sure you can get a trade-in credit, since the bank will own the new lease.

I've confirmed that I will get a tax credit for the value of my car against the new. Tax liability should be ~$3500 total. Assume for now that I am paying MSRP less the $1000 rebate.
Considering paying a one-time lease payment but either way looking to extract the value for my vehicle to offset the cost of the new one. Trying to find the right balance since I don't currently have a payment!
If you used the full amount of the trade as CAP reduction, it would be around $284/mo payment. (assuming the bank would allow that big of a CAP reduction)
A single-pay lease would drop the MF by .00030. Strangely enough, that would result in a higher overall cost, as that would result in a single payment of $81,250, making you come up with another $13,250 at lease signing.
I'm not sure the bank will allow a CAP cost reduction of $68K. Not sure it's a good idea, either. But, that would result in the lowest overall cost. (saving $3000 over a single-pay lease)
Plenty of places to put your cash to earn 5+%, right now, effectively offsetting any finance charges on the lease (except for income tax issues). You could ask for a check for your trade, and use it to cover the lease payment. (about $2315 with just first payment upfront)
In any event, your $68K is about $10K-$15K short of covering the cost of this lease for three years.

.00210 is the base MF from BMWFS
I don't know what these sell for. If you think $1500 is a good discount, then the rest of it looks okay, other than the money factor markup.

Can you provide MF and RV?
Also, what would be the lease payment with the following assumptions?
- Trade in: $68k (owned)
- MSRP $125,645
- Dealer Fees & Acq: $2,265.
- Have $1K rebate.
- Sales Tax in TX 6.25%.
Do you have a payoff on your trade?
