Not sure how you calculate that. The residual percentage is applied to the full MSRP.

@Michaell Hi. Can you confirm some information I got on the latest offer? I placed an order for a custom build Mini SE back in early Oct when the lease credit was 9900. Previously, I was told that any new offers that are published will be honored. So I called my dealer today saying that I want the new offer. I was told that the current offer "cannot be locked in". Its for cars currently on lots and that I need to take delivery before it expires. Sounds strange to me because I have seen offers in the past explicitly state "must take delivery by..." or "must purchase from dealer inventory".

The salesperson I am dealing with says that this stipulation is coming from the local rep and not in the fine print.

I am skeptical.

Assuming the sales tax rate is 9%, I get $407/mo. So, the dealer quote is in the ballpark.

I know there aren't a lot of MINI stores around, but you might want to check with others to see if they can beat this quote.
