What's being quoted on here as a "lease cash" incentive is what Audi appears to call a "customer credit bonus". Does that mean it's in ADDITION to the $7,500 EV lease incentive? It would generally make more sense as they increased the MF, but improved the total stacked incentives (overall a slight improvement after crunching the monthly numbers). This would be similar to the GT models stacking bonus + ev tax credit.

Is this a correct interpretation?

No, it appears they've reduced the incentives on the Q8, this month.

I've been looking at some hard copy documents, and it's possible that your interpretation is correct. It appears that with the holiday weekend, our on-line information has not caught up.

One of my dealers quoted me in northern CA, buy rate MF=0.00205 and $15k incentives on Prestige SUV=$7500 Lease cash, $5000 National, $1500 Costco, $1000 dealer rebate (previous listed as Regional).

The MF this month makes the potential for great deal very challenging.

I confirm .00205 as the buy rate this month, for selected states, including CA.

We only see $5000 in incentives, but we could be waiting for updates to our source data.

Yes - the numbers are national except for those states with the special program.
