    Hello, Newbie here!
    Looking for GLE450, Chicago/60126. The dealer offered a demo (3000 miles on it), for 10,000 under MSRP (MSRP 90,780). I have a trade-in value of 20,500. I am thinking of leasing, this is what the dealer is offering MF = .00365 and residual 52.65. I have a credit score of 835. Is it considered a good deal

    The lease is 36 months/10K $710 with 2,000 cash down

    Yes, the MF is certainly marked up; for Tier A1 the rate is .00285.

    One suggestion - take the higher payment and put the equity from your trade into your pocket.

    If the vehicle is stolen or totaled during the lease, that up front cash is gone.

    The first dealer did not accept the MF and RF. I have another offer this is a new car (not a loaner).

    Dealers have all kinds of stories about A1. Don't count on getting it, regardless of your score, but certainly ask for it.

    Thanks for both replies, I got a quote for EQS and when I asked how they came up with that number ($1700/mo with $9k out of pocket) they said this was because they had to use high MF because "they didn't know what my score would be" then I asked them why wouldn't you give me the range based on expected credit, they said that would be done when we sit down to finalize purchase. I walked out of there, the sales still calling me and I told him straight up I don't want them to waste their time or my time if they are not willing to send me a straight answer. It wasn't even about discounting off msrp, just wanted to know how they came up with the monthly lease cost.
    I understand MB dealers really do it differently than others for some reason.
