I have a 2010 Honda accord.

For lease can I stack up $2000 cash and $2500 lease incentive cash to make a $4500 cap cost adjust for a lease to make a sweeter deal?

Getting conflicting info from dealers. Some are giving $4500 adjustment some are not.

The $2500 is Acura to dealer cash. Hopefully, that results in a lower selling price for you. It is not a CAP reduction.

The $2000 sell-down bonus is only for current Acura owners, and may have other restrictions. I see nothing that qualifies Honda owners for it. If qualified, that $2000 would be a CAP reduction

You should also negotiate a hefty discount, in addition to any offers you actually qualify for.

Greetings. Current MDX lessee on 4 month extension waiting for offers to improve on 2024 or 2025 models. Considering a 5th Acura if the dealer will accommodate my mileage overage. Please provide MF & RV for Tech & Type S, plus any incentives, loyalty, or dealer cash info. I see their current lease special expires 7/1. Wondering if things will get even sweeter after....🤔

Thanks for the info, Got what I consider a great deal today. 2024 Acura MDX with tech package AWD MSRP $58,545. Traded in our 2022 MDX with tech package FWD owed $37,000 as we had 11 months remaining. Bottom line we swapped keys no monies changed hands, we walked out paying $709.68 per month x 35 payment on a 36/10 lease (sales tax included at 7%) . We were paying $812 for the 2022 as we purchased during convid when deals were hard to come by. Basically came out to they paid off our trade and doing the math we got the 2024 for $50,300 or $8245 off MSRP plus the $595 Acquition fee plus $300 tags and plates. Thanks again for providing this great information
