Thanks kyfdx! Looks like they have a lot of MDX's sitting on the lots for that MF. Acura website says $1,500 loyalty. Should I expect the dealer will get the $1,500 plus $500 lease cash from factory? Thanks again.

Yes, loyalty (if qualified) and lease cash will stack.

.00089 is a very low money factor. Equivalent to just over 2% APR.

Has anyone made a deal on an MDX AWD Base this month? I'm trying to make a deal in the Philadelphia area. 36 month/12k miles.

Being told the following:
$54300 MSRP (bc they tack on some floor mats etc)
$3k incentives
.00089 MF
54% Residual (I see moderator shared 56% residual above)

I'm just trying to see what the market looks like. I can tell the dealership is slow but, they don't seem to be too aggressive about making a deal.

I plan to call around to a few dealers in the area to see if I can create some competition. Is there any wiggle?

It is clear Acura has too many MDX’s on the lots (67 at one dealer here in Orlando), 2025’s are coming, and online reviewers hate the trackpad in 2024 MDX. I just went to dealer today to try it and I thought the trackpad was fine. I am going to start negotiating tomorrow with internet sales managers only. I avoid going into dealerships like the plague! I will shotgun emails to multiple dealerships and take offers. Maybe 20% off? I will post my results here. I did this 3 years ago, 20% off, and had vehicle delivered to my home.

I don't know yet. I am guessing that at times Acura/Honda kicks in, behind the scenes, to help dealers clear the lots of low demand cars to get ready for high demand 2025's. ?

This has typically been my process. Fire off the emails during the second half of the month and try to get them desperate to hit their monthly numbers. I’m typically agnostic on colors so that helps the cause.

Rep from my current expiring lease is on the ball and reached out proactively with those numbers.

So, here's what happened here in central FL. I began negotiating with several dealers by email/phone. I was working the numbers down on an Advance package. I had negotiated 11.5% off MSRP to start. I had a good offer from CarMax to purchase my old 2020 MDX. I preferred to sell to dealer on same day as lease signing. Two dealers started out low-balling my trade. A third dealer said they would give me CarMax value. Now the twist. My wife decided she liked the RDX better! I had to agree after driving RDX. No more kids or dogs or 3rd seat need. So we leased a RDX Advance, $6,000 (11%) off, .00120 MF 57% RV. Good luck negotiating on MDX's. I know I could have achieved great discount on MDX if I continued.
