    @tgim08 that's my question as well, I need to see a breakdown of what's getting applied where.
    I'm going back to the dealership tomorrow but I'm leaning on the side of holding off for now. I was also considering buying either a CPO Mercedes GLE or BMW X5. I've been leasing for the last 10 years and a bit over it now.

    on the Acura website, the $1500 rebate loyalty doesn't show anymore. Can some one confirm this is still being offered?

    Looking at the sheet I don't see the $3,500 out of pocket included on the breakdown above. I'm only looking to pay the taxes and fees upfront but those figure also weren't listed on the sheet. I'm currently at $515 a month with my current MDX and would like to be max at $625. Otherwise I really don't have an issue extending my lease for another 3 months and just waiting this out.

    UPDATE: I went back to the dealership today to let them know I would wait and received what I believed was a pretty solid offer. Unfortunately it was all verbal so I didn’t see any paperwork but they came down to $569 per month for a 2024 Acura MDX ASPEC with $3500 out of pocket for 48m/10k. While I can’t share the exact details of the deal since I didn’t see it I hope this helps you all with negotiating. I decided to hold off for now. Good luck!

    It looks to me like the $1500 is a special loyalty offer, only available to select owners. maybe, through an email or direct mail campain?

    If you get the special offer from Acura, then it appears the two loyalty offers stack
