    The CR-V numbers appear to be national. If they weren't, it would be dealer location, though there could be residency requirements, as well.

    And if anyone can answer: I've seen a couple posts with 70 something percent residuals but can't figure out if those are based on months, miles, trim, location or what.

    Hello! I’m new here. I have been doing research on leasing. I had purchased a new car in 2014 which was totaled in an accident in June of this year. Since the current interest rates are high, I have been considering leasing.

    The specific car that my wife and I are only interested in is the 2024 Honda CR-V AWD Sport Touring Hybrid. We built it online on the Honda website:

    Base Price without added accessories: $39,850
    Destination and Handling fees: $1,325
    MSRP as built including destination and handling fees: $43,783

    My credit score is around 670
    Sales tax in MA: 6.25%
    Leasing Terms we’re considering: 36 months/12K miles

    I know that the residual value of the car and money factor are factors that determine my payment.

    1. Based on my all of the info I provided including my credit score and sales tax, what is the lowest payment I should aim for?
    2. We don’t want to put any money down at all. Can we roll the doc fees, registration fees, and taxes into the lease payment?
    3. Could I also be provided the residual value, money factor, and also any incentives currently in my state of Massachusetts?
    4. Is there anything else I should consider?

    Yes, you can structure the lease with as much or as little out of pocket at signing - just know that for every $1000 of fees, etc, you add to the selling price, the lease payment will go up about $30/mo
