There is currently no sales tax on EVs in NJ.

With those numbers, I calculate the MF to be slightly inflated, to .00140.

Ask them to use the base MF, which would shave roughly $20/mo off the payment.

Appears they are marking up the money factor from .00120 to .00140. That adds about $19/mo.

The amount Due at Signing is ZERO. They've rolled the first payment into the CAP cost. (so, just 35 payments on the 36 month lease)

Other than the MF markup, everything looks great.

.00150 is the base MF for either model.

The residuals are close enough that it doesn't matter. Get the one that you want and/or fits your budget

My guess is $3300 in fees and 4k down. I kept asking him to break down the numbers but he was dodging.

If that is correct, the real payment is closer to $569/mo, which is still decent for the MSRP.

Dealer sent this, told him we expect 13% off MSRP before 7.5k manufacture credits, plus send lease terms. His reply was they could do $5k off MSRP, or they would just make it a loaner to minimize loss. (lol). To which we replied, look at the market and thanks for his time.

What is a good price for this car? It's 2024 and has been in the market for six months. Car in 31210, we live in Atlanta (30315).
