I just signed one lease that seems high although feel like I already got a decent discount and MF. Can you help take a look what went wrong with this one for me? Thank you for any advice!
Location is California MSRP 56,755 Discount 4,881 (8.6%) Rebate 7,500 MF: I did not ask but from my contract it can be inferred as 0.0025
36 mons/7.5K miles per year 3K cash down Did add the end of lease protection which is quite expensive at $2,150 and some Surface Protection at $1,144

MF is marked up from .00210.
The Protection packages are adding close to $100/mo to the payment.
Hello, can you please advise the MF, RV and any incentives and/or loyalty for a 36/10 on AWD models - 2024 i4 xDrive 40 and 2024 i4 M50. Zip code is 20852. Thanks very much!

sorry not sure…how do I find that out? is that not the balance of $43,542?
The lease special is $499 with 4,599 due at signing + taxes but with 10k miles. I am looking at 7,400mi but 3k drove off. So is this just a normal deal i.e. just ok?

Should I push for more off msrp? beyond 10%?
The adjusted cap cost is the selling price plus any taxes and fees you aren't paying up front. Ask the dealer how the $3K is being applied, and what the adjusted cap cost is for that quote.

Ok thank you...are you able to provide insight to what I should be looking for and how fee's are applied? I'm not too versed and notice, so look essentially a price off MSRP, RV/MF, and see what the monthly gives me, but I see that's not the whole picture.
What would an ideal cap cost structure be, what would make this a really good deal and to understand if this is a good lease?

We don't track pricing, so we aren't any help there. Use the Price Checker link, below, for Edmunds research for your area price targets.
After that, it's just like a purchase - watch out for junk fees, and the dealer can mark up the MF for extra profit.
The acquisition fee is mandated by the bank ($795), and the registration and title fees are state imposed. There is likely a dealer fee that is pure profit, but don't try to negotiate it, just ask for a lower selling price to offset that amount.

I used the price tracker but question on that, do I use the MSRP with the dealer discount, in this case 10% and WITHOUT the EV credit = $48,686. If so...it says it's a Great price based off the $54,095 original MSRP

I read some of the comments above and think I have a good idea but just double checking, but assume all of Southern California is the same?
assuming the residual is 53% and MF .00210 does that make this car not lease well?
