So Ive found a loaner with 5800 miles that I can lease and they are asking 59k ( MSRP 64k) Nicely equipped. My question is that since its a loaner and leasable can I negotiate more off price and will incentives apply as before since its considered 'new'? Im also thinking of putting down MAX MSD to lower MF. Any advice would be greatly appreciated ! Thanks

There is likely a residual adjustment for the current mileage. You'll need to ask how much. The incentives should still apply, but you should ask. Because, if any of them don't apply, you'll need a bigger discount that reflects that.

7.8% off MSRP doesn't strike me as a big discount for a car with 5800 miles.

Assuming all incentives still apply, I'd shoot for around 15% off, plus more, if any of the incentives don't apply, and depending on the residual reduction.

I have loyalty, military and lease credit which equals $2500.
It’s it NOT impossible for me to be able to put down Max MSD‘s and have the lowest money factor possible to get the lowest payment possible? I put my calculations into lease hacker calculator and it seems like it can be done if a dealer will sell me a car for 59 to 60 K or less

Your calculator shows 39 month term, but the dealer's offer is for 36 months. AFAIK, there is no 39 month term available, this month.

If the "total savings" on the quote is $3500, that implies a rebate of $2500 and a discount of just $1000.

36/10 terms are .00210 MF and 57% residual
That is the lowest MF with top tier credit, unless you do max MSDs, which would lower it by .00042
Of course, the dealer can markup the rate by .00040 for extra profit.

You should ask the dealer for a quote that only has lease information in it.
And, that discloses the money factor and adjusted CAP cost.
No need to guess where the money is going.

I think you should push for that - perhaps 5% or so, before incentives.

Hi, I'm thinking of ordering a custom build 2025 xDrive 330i or maybe m340 36/10 for 91403 zip code. First of all, are the 2025 3 series numbers available yet? I've always made my BMW lease deals at the dealers for in stock cars before. First time thinking of custom ordering one. How does that work in terms of making the deal? For instance, if I order the car next week in August for a potential november pick up, would they use the MF and residual and incentives based on August numbers I assume? And I would have to make the deal up front? Or could it be ordered (with a deposit for a lease?) and make the deal when the car arrives?

So, orders made in August can lock terms until the end of October.

The West coast may have a slightly longer lock

That is usually more than enough time
