Is the RV calculated off the MSRP or the negotiated price? I am assuming the latter but I am at the dealership and the RV on the paper is about $1,500 higher than what I calculated the RV based off the negotiated price.

This works in your favor, if you can negotiate a big discount from sticker.

Thank you. One more question: is the rent charge negotiable? The dealer added a $7,000 rent charge based on .00275 MF. I checked it against my old Honda lease and it was more than $6,000 (although the Honda was a lot cheaper).

The problem is that the numbers on the left give you a "purchase price" - that isn't necessarily the same as the adjusted cap cost for a lease calculation.

Ask the dealer to give you a screen shot of their internal lease worksheet - that should contain everything you need to figure things out.
