    All incentives - local Audi dealer says if I take $3500 Season of Audi deal the MF uses the “standard MF rate of .00396”, and that the $3500 counts as customer down payment cash. Can you verify that?

    That is correct

    You'll also have upfront sales tax on the $3500 incentive
