    Hello. Debating whether to get the 2024 or wait for the 2025. I guess I should expect to definitely pay more for the 2025 when comparing the same trims correct? Also is all I really need to know to determine if I'm getting a good lease deal is the residual value the money factor and the final price paid? Thank you very very much for any advice

    So I'm going to look at a 2024 Ioniq 5 limited tomorrow.

    I'm seeing a lot of posts on here that say they are offering atround 14k lease cash. This dealer says

    $59,700 MSRP
    -$7,500 dealr cash

    and that's it.

    So i guess they are no offering the $14k lease cash? THanks.

    Residual, MF and adjusted cap cost - remember, you owe sales tax on the incentive, and if you don't pay that, or the fees, up front, they get added to the sales price.

    You should see a breakdown sheet like this but you will still want to know what MF and RV they used to get those numbers and then you can ask about things like these way too high processing fees etc...

    So I'm going to Lia Hyundai in Albany New York ZIP code 12205
    Can I have the money factor and residual for a 2024 3-year lease with 15,000 miles on the limited edition both all-wheel drive and rear wheel drive.

    They offer two year leases as well if you have the numbers on that that would be great.

    I'm actually driving there now I'm going to in about 2 hours...lol. going up to Saratoga springs after that. 😊

    Also the cap cost is basically the price I'm paying for the vehicle? Thank you I'm extremely grateful for the feedback.

    The CAP cost is the selling price, minus rebates, plus any items you aren't paying for upfront. It's basically the same as the "amount financed" on a loan.

    If you are just asking dealers to quote prices, they aren't going to quote rebates that only apply to leases.

    AWD
    24/15: .00231 MF and 60% residual. $13,500 lease cash
    36/15: .00253 MF and 52% residual. $14,000
    RWD
    .00238 MF and 61% residual. $14,000

    Well I pulled the trigger on the 2024 limited AWD. 3 years 15k miles . Final cap cost was $49,200. I was in a 2022 Honda crv lease that has 14 months remaining so they bought that out. Mf and residual was exactly as you posted above. Final monthly payment is $685 month. Yikes I know. Only put down 1st month payment. Thank you again very much.
