Accessory (BS fee, don't want to fight it): 299
Acquisition fee: 650

I get a monthly payment of 402.63. The dealer gets 422.80.
Checking all the numbers we seem to be 428 apart on the net cap cost - I am at 37,806, they are at 38,233.3.

Aside from the 650 acquisition fee, is there something else Hyundai collects on their leases?
I'm already paying 299 for a "silent alarm", don't feel like another 428 "just because fee" is in order, but maybe I'm missing something?
