The local dealer confirmed a 76% residual for the same term you quoted, and the same MF.

76% is huge!!!

With the $7500 credit added to the RV, it increased the RV to 76.06% according to the lease terms I was sent. Again, good for lowering the payment if you dont want to buy it out. I asked about applying it to the sale price instead of the RV, & thats when i was sent that picture of the terms in how it can be applied.

It looks like it. This is at the bottom of the quote sheet I was given.

Maybe... The 70% is already accounting for the $7500 increase in residual? It's an awfully high residual.

That's just a guess, since I'm always looking for the other shoe to drop.

Not according to this quote. They told me it was 69% before the $7500, & then the sheet shows the RV with the $7500 being 76.06% or $80,840. 80,840/106290=.7606, & if you subtract the 7500, 73340/106290=.68999, so the math checks out. But I'm with you....I'm surprised by it too, so I'm waiting to hear what the catch is.

For 2024 SUV in 1st Edition (3X trim) for 30004, dealer is quoting me 24/10 @ .00493 with 77% residual and 36/10 @ .00442 with 70% residual. Need your help to cut out the insane Dealer MF markup and align on residual. Can you quote these for me (24/10 and 36/10)? Many thanks!

Dealer cannot alter the residual, which leads me to believe this may not be GM Financial the dealer is using.
