How fair (true, false) is this statement?

You can structure the lease any way you'd like; you can even roll the first payment into the monthly lease and only make 35 (slightly higher) payments.

They can (likely will) mark up the money factor, the acquisition fee and add fluff that we don’t necessarily ask for in order to increase their profit margin. Kudos to them for sharing the MF buy rate though…. And BTW…. If it’s taxable, it’s negotiable!
