    Per Kia's website, the national deal for a 2024 Niro EV Wind is $249 per mo, $4,499 down for 36 mo 10k miles a yr. This includes $5,000 cap cost reduction and $2,500 residual value support.
    I live in NJ, the state rebate is $4k that goes towards the down pymt , I need 12k miles per yr so $15 more per month, so it's $264 per month, plus due at signing $500 down pymt + 411 DMV fee/plates + $799 documentation fee(I know, it's outrageous, but not negotiable) for a total of 1,710 due at signing and $264 per mo, no sales tax. Or, nothing due at signing and $311 per month, no tax.
    FYI, I have to make a decision within a few days as the $4k rebate from NJ is a fund that is expiring.

    Has a dealer actually given you this quote? Because the "deal" is just an advertisement. No dealer is required to honor it.

    Yes, I have a dealer that honored this quote, I'm waiting to get the numbers in writing before I go there to sign the contract. Also, my wife has to test drive the car but I'm sure that will be fine. Another dealer is giving me different numbers. The issue is that there are only a few of these cars in inventory at dealers in NJ.

    The $5000 is what the bank is passing along - there is no obligation to give the customer any of the credit the bank gets when the car is sold to them.

    2024 model on the Kia website posts "$7,500 Lease Bonus", with the caveat "Available only to well qualified lessees". (I gather well-qualified lessees = those with high credit scores.)

    I had to wait for the color to be delivered, I finally pulled the trigger, I got a great deal in NJ. In addition to rebates and no sales tax, NJ pays for level 2 charger(up to $250) and installation(which I'm not sure I need) and ez pass discount of 10%.
