    I believe the lease incentive is $13,700.

    Is MF something the dealer is supposed to give you the best rate (.00093) or do dealers like to try to get you to bite on higher? I was only offered a MF of .00133 and 54% residual for 2-year lease.

    I was able to negotiate $6k off MSRP ($1k of it being the VIN rebate) before the lease cash. I ended up taking the deal.

    is the residual something that the dealership can increase to lower the monthly lease? or is it set by the leasing company only? I am thinking some dealers are increasing the MF to make the cost higher...

    Or are both set in stone by the leasing company? (Kia finance/Hyundai leasing)

    The residual is fixed by the bank, and cannot be changed

    MF can be marked up by as much as .00040 by the dealer, for extra profit.
