    I do not have a screenshot of my exact lease quote, but I did find a screenshot of the program as an example.

    Wondering if anyone here would know how to calculate (or the formula to calculate) the value that makes up the "Upfront Charges" value shown under the "payment" section at the right.

    I see the 'upfront charges' + 'Advanced Payment (which equals the monthly payment) = "Amt Applied Upfront" which increases the Gross Cap Cost.

    I just cannot figure out how "upfront charges" is derived. Looking at several images online of others posting screenshots of this Lease Worksheet program, the upfront charges seems entirely random to me.

    A lot of it will depend on location, or what the dealer wants to put in there. A $153 charge would likely be DMVs (title, registration, etc)

    That's the computer screenshot, which is a great document. But, a lease will likely have another page or two that list the details of some of the line items on that page.
