Looks like the dealer is adding all of the upfront to the CAP cost, including the first payment. A true "ZERO due at signing lease" That's the NEGATIVE down payment listed.

That said, I get $573.68 for the dealer's quote. It's possible they are marking up the money factor from .00094 to .00134. If so, that gives me their exact payment of $611.87

I can only guess on what the Edmunds calculator assumptions are. I'll guess it isn't capitalizing the first payment, or adding the taxes/fees to the CAP cost. (just dividing them between the payments)

But, the main difference is the money factor markup.
