2024 Lincoln Nautilus Lease Deals, Incentives, Rebates, and Prices

The dealer is trying to hide the APR on you by not showing their "internal" lease worksheet. Which leads me to believe it may be marked up for extra profit.

If I add the sales tax amount to the "net cap cost" and use the base APR, I get $827/mo.

Simply ask the dealer if they are using the base 4.30% APR for the 48 month term, or not.

Thank you. That's what I believe as well. Am I correct that a 36 month lease using these numbers but using an the APR (2.86) and residual (55) would be close to 880 per month assuming zero down and 880 drive off?

This is calculated for a 36 month term so at 857 for 48 doesn't seem right at all.

Adjusted cap cost minus residual gets me a base payment of 704

Adj. Cap cost plus residual x 0.0011875 = 104

808x 9% tax rate

What are you using for the money factor? 2.85% / 2400 = .00119, roughly.

I was calculating the tax wrong. Now I get $882/mo.

Yes. I was using that MF and got the same.

So 36 term comes in at a 1.00 a mile. 48 term .93 per mile. Any reason to not go with 48? I personally never have. This vehicle will be under warranty the whole term. Probably have more maintenance from yr 3 to 4 that could negate that 7 cents though. Thank you for your time. Always appreciated!

You got it ... consumables like tires and brakes may need to be replaced in year 4.

Thanks for the thoughts on the puppers, but it's not necessary. Only two of them are still with us.

52% is the 15K residual, which is the default for the computer system.

Likely a simple misunderstanding; once they adjust for the 12k mileage, the correct number will appear.

Either way, the dealer cannot alter the residual; it's set by the bank.
