    It's for everyone that leases. It's the total amount of incentive. Ford Credit gets the tax credit, and this is what they are passing along.

    Did lease cash for the Lightning go up significantly in the last couple of days across the board or is this specific to this zip code? For example, you were showing $7,250 for the Flash trim a week ago, but now at $12,750 as of Jan. 12. Thank you.

    Thanks. ONE dealer, of course the one with the truck I prefer is telling me it is 0.00044 (1.06%) which raises the monthly by 10%!!! I've asked them to call FMC tomorrow to figure out what the issue is. Very strange.

    BEWARE!!! Caught a dealer putting a "markup" on the 0.05% lease rate. Check all of the numbers on every deal VERY carefully.

    Quick question: do these lease cash numbers include the $7500 tax credit or in addition to the credit? So for example the $10,500 for XLT, is that $3000 + $7500 tax credit to get $10,500? Or is it $10,500 and then $7500 tax credit separately?

    Also can you provide the numbers for the Pro please? MF, Residual, Lease Cash/Incentives

    One more question. How can the lease cash be $7250, for Flash? At a minimum it should be $7500 for the tax credit right? Is Ford keeping some of the tax credit for itself?

    The leasing bank gets the tax credit. Anything they give to the lessee is up to them

    Hi, I am leasing a Ford F-150 Lightening in Littleton Colorado 80213. I am told the following. The rate on the Lightening is .05% with a money factor of .00002. The residual on the XLT after 39 months is $37,064. Is there any negotiating room here?
