    Hi, can I please get the MF, RV, and any incentives for a 2025 BMW iX 50 in zip code 94403 for a 36/10000? Thank you!

    A dealer offered 0.00066 MF and 53% RV without running credit check. They mentioned even with credit check the MF wouldn’t change. I have 800+ credit score for reference. I am trying to understand if it’s the best they can do as I am seeing 0.00026 MF in majority of posts here.

    Also does putting a down payment and/or MSD reduce the MF?

    Dealer can mark up the MF by .00040 for extra profit. Insist on the base MF.

    You can use some MSDs to buy down the MF - 4, to be exact. As each SD lowers the MF by .00006, the net MF would be .00002.

    The size of the down payment does not impact the MF - the rate we quote is for top tier credit.

    Regarding MF buy down with MSDs. I have successfully done this in the past too. But had an interesting experience last week trying to negotiate a deal in Southern CA. The salesman would not come down below .00066 on the MF so I was just going to use as many MSDs as possible to buy down the MF. And was told that I could not use more than 4 MSDs since the corporate "buy rate" was .00026 and more than 4 MSDs would take me "below zero" (.00006 per MSD) from a corporate perspective since the remaining .00046 was just the dealer's up-charge. (.00046+.00026=.00066). The good new was this validated the info posted here numerous times about the .00026 MF. But unfortunately I was not successful getting the .00026 MF and did not like the up-charge/mark up by the dealer and unwillingness to negotiate other parts of the deal to make up for the mark-up and I walked away for now.
    I hope that makes sense and is helpful to others.

    That sort of makes sense, though I can't verify that's true. I agree.. I wouldn't like the upcharge, either.

    It's so rare that a BMW money factor would be low enough to restrict the number of MSDs to begin with, it's not unusual that we wouldn't have heard about it.

    Finally was able to get a good deal in SoCal ! Lease 36/10, 53% RV, MF .00026 which i bought down with 4 MSDs to .00002. 11.4% off MSRP plus the $9,900 rebate (which I was surprised was TAXED!) Leasehackr Score of 10.2 years. So I am pleased. Love the Black Sapphire color with the Sport Package. Looks better than I thought it would...very blacked out and sleek. And the Oyster Interior with vented seats will keep me cool. Thank you for all of your help and posts.
