    Appreciate all the information for multiple cars to help make a decision and wanted to share my transaction.

    SP: 52,810 (6% discount)
    MF One Pay - .00118 (very slight markup)
    24mo/12K miles - 72% residual
    Incentives: Regular: 3,250, Competitive Lease 1,000, Costco 1,000, GM Card Points 1,100
    No Acquisition Fee this month
    One Pay: 9,600 including 1,000 of taxes
    Seems like a great value - effective $400 all in per month
    The value play is the 2LT on 24/12K with 75% residual - I really wanted the extended range of the RWD and additional features of the RS - fair value for the additional cost.

    Question: I am eligible for the $4k rebate (I currently own a Tesla Model Y and lease an Ioniq 5) plus the $7,500 rebate (which I understand goes straight to the leasing company and comes off the OTD pricing for the lease?)
    So that would be $11,500 in rebates I am eligible for?

    I see the $4000 conquest, but I don't see that GM is passing along any of the $7500 rebate. Better check with a dealer.

    Question does the dealer discount, EV tax credit, and Costco discount get taken off the front end? For example in the 72% residual that leaves about $15,000 for the lease payment amount so do those rebates/discounts come off that?

    There are no lease incentives on the Blazer EV.

    The dealer discount is what you negotiate to lower the selling price.

    I don't have any information as to how Costco works.

    Yes, discounts and incentives come off of the 'purchase price' to lower your lease payment, if I understand your question. This is one of the smartest things a savvy lessee can do to increase the value of your deal...besides being knowledgeable!

    Could you please provide MF and Residual and incentives for '24 Blazer EV 2LT AWD 24m/10k and 36m/10k with dealer zip 18915. I'd also consider one pay on the 24 month and I'm a current 22 Bolt EUV owner so there should be an incentive for that in addition to the possible GMF Select Market Incremental CCR. Thanks!!
