    Looking for the typical info for an EX 2WD / EX AWD / Touring 2WD / Touring AWD for a 36/10k in 28079.
    Money factor
    Residual
    Incentives
    Dealer Cash

    Appreciate the help, just discovered this forum and building knowledge + confidence to negotiate my first lease!

    My local dealer 34119 is advertising Honda Prologue Touring AWD 36/10 $0 down at $456/mo. Total payments equal $17,011.
    they calculate using Gross capitalized cost of $44,595, (EV Credit $7500, $3,500 - 2024 Prologue Captive Lease Cash + $500 from somewhere else.)
    Using .00157 MF and 49% residual and GCC of $44,595 on the lease calculator I'm ending up at $588.
    The only way I get to $456 is with another $4500 in cap cost reduction - do they have that kind of money to throw at a deal?
    Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    Sure.. they are discounting the car, as well as using incentives.
    Ask them for the selling price and adjusted CAP cost
