Also- RE financing, I’m getting quoted two different finance rates for the 72mo offer. MA dealer is quoting 2.49% for registering in MA, RI dealer is stating 3.49%. Can you confirm if the buy rates are actually different if registering in RI, or if dealer is marking up?

The dealer didn't have any cars available so I'm going to build my own through the manufacturer and the dealer provided a MF of 0.0022. Is that reasonable? Thanks!

The only difference is the incentive:

$1500 for the x40
