    I hope it is ok to ask about lease deal specific offers here. I have the dealer offering the following lease deal and pricing break down:
    MSRP $51855,
    Discount $2551,
    Selling price $49304,
    Total taxes $1390.04,
    MF: 0.00085
    Residual 49%
    Fees: doc fee $85, New car tire fee $7, Electronic filing fee $35, acquisition fee $650, License fee $320, Registration $71, state transportation improvement fee $194, State highway patrol fee $32, state alt fuel tech fee $3, Reflectorized plate state fee $1, APCD fee $1, AQMD fee $6, County fee $1, dealer electronic fee $1, State DUI fee $2, Hyundai Disposition fee $400, Hyundai purchase option fee $300,

    Amount financed $32.344.79, unpaid cash balance $36.344.79, tax $1390.04, Finance charge $1767.16, fees and F&I products $1409.

    They are calculating a monthly of $260.49 with $4000 down payment.

    I have run this through a few lease calculators and a couple of AI bots and all come back with a number different. The AI bots are saying they are either padding things or hiding numbers somewhere. I have not ever tried to negotiate a lease before, only purchases. This is way more complicated. LOL. I just want to get the best deal possible obviously. Would love feedback and thoughts from those in the know.

    We don't seem to have the actual CA programs for Hyundai, this month.

    I will say that an AI bot would be useless to calculate a lease. The regular lease calculators can barely get it right.

    I don't know where your $4000 upfront is allocated. But, if that's the total amount Due at Signing, then $260/mo looks about right, given the rest of your numbers
