    Both ZIPs have the same program

    No, they have to give you the incentive. But, that doesn't mean they won't try to disguise it in some way on an offer, to make you think they are giving you a bigger discount.

    If the plan is to purchase out the lease early, I don't think it makes much difference.

    However - and I've believed this for a while with regards to EVs - are you sure you want to own it? EV technology is changing so fast, and if there is a massive breakthrough (solid state batteries, for example), the value of every 'old tech' EV will plummet like a stone thrown off the edge of the Grand Canyon. With a lease, you've locked in the depreciation for a fixed period of time. A good friend of mine buys cars regularly, but leases his EVs for exactly that reason - and, he's the CFO of his company.

    Can I get the numbers for Limited RWD 36/12 in 90815?

    I see all the dealers around here are offering 20500 lease cash but they have jacked up the MF to .00282 for Limited RWD. Pretty much makes it a wash for the increased lease cash. In August most were at 17500 lease cash and .00141 MF.

    Which do you think is better, lower MF or increased lease cash?

    For 36 months, pick one mileage - 10K or 12K
