    Got it from a dealer in Orange County.

    Los Angeles, 9.75% sales tax, $7100. Was $6239 last week.
    1 pay lease, 24/7500, RV=45%. MF 1 pay=0.00025 (buyrate MF=0.00105).
    Selling price=$46963.25. Incentives: $7500 + $4000 Conquest: taxable.

    Guess the other non-taxable incentives just reduced the selling price on the contract:
