Thank you! New to leasing here. A bit upside down in my wifes Palisade, rolling it into new lease. How do these numbers look? Don't mind higher payment, want to reduce out of pocket in case of loss in first couple years... Any advice would be great!

The prices on the right look to be for purchase, not lease - I don't see the acquisition fee listed, nor any mention of sales tax.

And, we're pretty certain that the residual for 18,000 miles per year is going to be less than the 59% they show - you'll have to buy those extra miles up front for a specific cost per mile.

Ask them to send you a screen shot of their lease worksheet - that should show all the numbers we need to figure this out.

BTW - the discount and incentives are being clawed back by the negative trade equity and the fees and dealer prep charges. Have you shopped around to see if you can do better? Check with Carfax/Carvana to see if you can get a better trade value on the Palisade?

Well, the first problem I see is that their residual seems to be wrong - 59% of $104,690 is $61,767, and their screen shows $60,867.

My spreadsheet calculator gives a payment (pre-tax) of $1681/mo.

But, kudos to your dealer for actually sharing this information - many don't.

I noticed that as well and thought perhaps it was due to the additional 3k miles a year we are adding to a standard 15K/yr lease?

2. I own a bmw and leasing a infiniti now how much rebates abd discounts can I expect I heard infiniti on sensory lease was giving up to 20k off in dealer and factory rebates

I heard they have 3k conquest and 3k loyalty and other lease rebates are they able to be combined or you get 1. Or the other

And 3rd should I wait till memorial day to get best lease deal as I m scared about tariffs kicking in who know when as I dont think infiniti hasn't announced yet

1. No info on any future changes to the lease programs, or incentives
2. I see the $3000 loyalty and $3000 conquest; you will only get one or the other, on top of the $1000 lease incentive
3. Get the car when you need it; again, it's futile to try and predict the future of the market, what with all the gyrations going on.
