2025 Mercedes GLC-Class Lease Deals, Incentives, Rebates, and Prices

The payment would be $20/mo less, but once you amortize the upfront money, the 36 month term will have an overall lower monthly cost.
Plus, might be hard to replicate a sub-$800 payment in two years. Better to have 36 months, before going back into the market
On the top of it there is a dealer discount. With 11% off before incentives and rebates (this is what i got) 24 month lease is less expensive. Without loyalty and with Amex $500 rebate i pay $720/m for 24/12 and $720 due at signing for $66k unit.

Using the exact numbers the OP gave, the 24 mo payment is $20/mo. less. Amortizing the approx. $2200 upfront is $91/mo. for 24 mo, and $61/mo. for 36 mo. Net cost, $10 mo. more for the 24 month term.

I agree. I think a big factor here is the dealer discount, which is divided either for 24 or 36 months.

Looking to lease a GLC, I know the relevant numbers thanks to this board. I'm new to south Florida, and just visited a dealer here for the first time. Salesman gave me a price on a typical model as example, which is about 5% off MSRP. Seems reasonable. He padded the quote with Full Window Tint, Dent Protection, and Appearance Protection, which I know are a waste and I would not buy. Then there is a $199 Electronic Filing Fee, $2500 for Registration, and $995 Dealer Services Fee. Are these legit? Negotiable? It can't cost $2500 to register a car, can it? I paid a few hundred to register my existing GLC in FL when I moved here last year.

No, it can't cost $2500 for registration. Florida dealer fees are unregulated, and they seem to take full advantage of it.
MBFS has a lease acquisition fee off $795, which almost every dealer marks up to $1095.
You definitely need competitive quotes from other dealers, maybe even some out of state.
.00107 MF for RWD .00104 MF for AWD
My local Florida dealer said to check their website for inventory and come up with a few choices. The inventory also shows cars at their other dealers nearby (AutoNation), and I like some of those. Would I get a better deal going directly to that other dealer? Would the ridiculous fees be the same, or do different dealers under the same ownership make their own rules?

Autonation might be making a lot of those decisions, if they own all the dealers. If it were me, I think I'd try to contact each dealer directly, though.

Also is EV incentive 7500 post tax or is it just added to reduce selling price from MSRP?
Comments
Not for plug-in where there is lease cash of $7500
Yes, with the big rebate and an RV of 67%, the shorter term makes more sense.

Yes... when it gets into big incentives/discounts, the better the deal you negotiate, the more likely that the 24 month term will be the best choice.
