    It is set by the leasing bank. The dealer cannot alter the bank's residual value. It cannot be negotiated.

    At this point, should i ask to drop the 2300 from the selling price or ask for a $600 monthly payment with $0 down due at signing except first month payment .will be considered a good lease deal you know percentage wise of the i am turning in my lease 22 HYD LIM with 35K. i have one least payment left on it only? what are your thoughts please

    Since you know what the price will involve, it's probably easier to ask for $600/mo, and let them figure it out.

    I think that would be a great price for this vehicle, if you can get it.

    Hey Guys. I brought my newly leased 2025 Santa Fe Calligraphy GAS yesterday. Below are the details of the deal i negotiated.


    Below is the break down for the 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy (GAS)

    MSRP: $50,435
    Selling Price: $45,225
    Capitalized Taxes: $1,660.36 (ZIP)07011
    Doc Fee: $495

    36m | 12k miles per year
    $0 down: $593.00
    Money Factor: .00208
    Residual Value: 65%
    I only paid first month payment $593.0 and took the car. No other fees or added charges. except the DMV Reg fe which will be determined when the plates come in and the registration ( approx.: $300-$400).

    They took in My current lease (2022 Santa Fe HYB LIM i had 1 payment left on it, they are sending me a check for the last payment i made for Jan which was due on the 14th.

    I negotiated very aggressively on this deal. I put 4 dealers against each other to get this deal.
