    68% is the 24/15 residual
    Add 3% for 10K/yr

    The dealer can't alter the residual.

    If the residual is not coming out to an exact percentage of the MSRP, then there is a number wrong, or someone is rounding.

    If they quoted 64%, three possibilities:
    a) They are wrong
    b) they quoted 7.5K/yr
    c) they quoted Premium

    We show this model with the "Standard" money factor. Last we saw it, it was .00300 for Tier 1+. It's possible that it's slightly higher now, or maybe you got quoted for Tier 1 (or some combination of the two). We don't have the definitive number to know.
