    Close to signing a lease for the 2025 Lexus TX 350 Black - $63,800 MSRP - 36 mo w/ $7k down, $39k residual value, 12k annual miles, monthly payment coming to $676. Am I getting a fair deal or should I negotiate further?

    Yep, that's not nearly enough detail.

    The dealer may not want to share, but ask them for a screen shot of their internal lease worksheet - that will have all the numbers we need to fully evaluate the quote.
