it seems everything is quite standard. long range dual launch edition, 36 months, 7.5k miles, residual value 58%, MF 0.00052, $7.5k incentives.

it seems tho the additional 'incentives' like Conquest or loyalty or Costco are applied off of MSRP but rather as rebates to offset the fees (?). i have a hard time reproducing the quoted 0 down and pre-tax $750 monthly by the lease calculator.. maybe due to this? either way, i was told everything is standard so no room of negotiation.

I don't see any model/trim of the PS3 that has a .00052 MF, for any lease term.

Could be a different bank?

OK, my eyes must have been failing me, becasuse the PS3 LRDM Launch Edition Plus does have a 36 month MF of .00052. RV is 58%, as you stated.

Yes, I saw your request.

I asked you to refine that request and only provide one annual mileage allowance. There is no "sweet spot" for that - get the number of miles you think you'll drive during the lease term.
