What is the adjusted cap cost, and how did the dealer arrive at that number from the selling price?

Tax on incentives
Registration costs (big in AZ)
Bank Fee
Dealer Fee
Whatever else the dealer throws into the quote

Once we have that information, we can reverse out the math to see if the MF is marked up.

That said, a good friend of mine is getting an $80K Polestar 3 for just over $600/mo, but there are extra incentives in CO.

I get somewhere around $886/mo+tax, which probably puts it close to your $983/mo payment

No discount? I don't know the market, but what happens to them in 7 weeks, when the lease incentives run out? I know Polestar dealers aren't plentiful, but I'd surely shop around.

Thanks for the info. Polestar has a fixed pricing policy and there's only one Polestar dealer in AZ. The dealer quoted 27 months 10k lease @ $982/mo+tax. Since you calculated $886/mo+tax what is the MF and residual the dealer is using and what should the MF and residual be? Thanks.
