How does losing Jim Press to Chrysler help Toyota and after 37 years at that?
How does losing Jim Farley to Ford help Toyota?
Toyota lost their heir apparent Farley and it will be difficult to replace him. Not to mention Press who brought Toyota to its no. 1 position.
Looks like Rocky landed a mean one two combo and Toyota will be reeling for awhile from this.

I'm sure they got a nice pay package - GM and Ford will pay the mucky mucks big bucks even while closing plants.
Now I'm sure some will say you have to pay big bucks to retain the best and the brightest....is this the best they can do?
This is soooo wrong. It's pretty much how the landscape of American economics has been going. Big pay days and back dated stock optionss for anyone who can climb their way to the top of the pyramid.
Yeah, it doesn't seem like a moment when they should be giving the top execs big raises or bonuses.
