Did you recently take on (or consider) a loan of 84 months or longer on a car purchase?

Mark.
I can't wait to hear the excuses as to why Honda and Toyota won't have it.
Do you really expect Ford to be able to make a car/truck that doesn't have a Problems Forum the size of Federal Budget proposal?
Look out your window, there are probably some flying pigs you don't want to miss.

I wasnt trying to accuse the Fusion of being crap, i was just asking if their were any engine problems seeing as my neighbor has a 1991 ford taurus in which within the first three months of purchacing had to replace the entire engine/trani. All covered under warrenty of course. Also a friend of mine had a windstar which was in the shop more than in the driveway. My mother also had a ford in which she had to replace almost half the components in the engine. Knowing this i want to make sure there are no problems. Please be more clear in your next message.
I am sorry, i may be blind, but i could not seem to find it (the problems/solutions forum for the fusion), if u do kindly send me the link.
The Fords of today are nothing like 5 or 10 years ago. They've made big strides in quality - the Fusion has been more reliable than the Camry and the Accord V6 so far. Ford's problems lately have been lack of features and materials, not quality.

600 people, Car and Driver..
Copy this link! Spread it all over the net! Boy are the Accord/Camry crowd going to hate this one! :shades:

The Fusion is also maintaining close to 40% conquest sales, mostly from imports.

A similarly equipped 2007 Nissan Altima has an MSRP of $29,500.
For your $1,800 you give up AWD to gain bluetooth, "intelligent key", and 50 more HP.

What do you want to know?
I personally have only seen one and only got to drive it across the parking lot
The Five speed automatic is probably one of the best automatics I have driven and it is definitely tuned to make use of the torque available at the higher RPMs from the 2.3L.

hydraulic or linkage, did Mazda design this also and does it have its own reservoir(for pressure) or is it piggy backed
with the brake reservoir as is our 626? Are there any adjustments for personal tweeking?
Has anyone out there seen or heard anything concerning the upcoming(?) Fusion coupe? I recently saw a poorly shot photo of this coupe in either Car & Driver or Motor Trend, I believe. (I can't remember which of the two magazines it was in). There was NO info as to whether this 2dr is a definite go or not. What's up, Ford? :confuse:
The coupe is supposedly to compete with the Accord and upcoming Altima coupes.
What's the 4-1-1?
Peace! :shades:
But now the dealer wants to give my daughter a used vehicle because now they say she doesnt qualify for the Fusion. That's all bull to me. I will NEVER buy a ford and DO NOT RECOMMEND KEN GRODY FORD, in BUENA PARK, CA on Beach Blvd. :P :lemon:
I know that on older vehicles, keyless entry pads were programmed just like the remote entry key fobs (you push the 7/8 & 9/0 buttons on the keypad instead of the unlock button on the fob). But as all you Fusion/Milan owners know, the "Integrated Keyhead Transmitter" is programmed differently and doesn't require you to push any buttons at all.
Have any of you installed a keyless entry pad on your Fusion/Milan, and if so, could you kindly tell me how to program it?
Thanks
but a New car dealership have guide lines they must follow
in order to stay in buisness successfully. Maybe the dealer
was having a bad day,his feet were sore or his daughter just
brought home her latest boyfriend that would even scare Jason...who knows...fecal occurs?!?
What exactly does that mean, though? Sounds like the engine needed some sort of repair rather than replacement...maybe a gasket or something???
TSB 06-21-11. Have the upgrade your car. I am reading around the net in other Forums that is new calibration updates make a world of difference in the way the car responds. I am reading a solid 7.0 0-60 time is one of them. I'm going to have my Fusion done in about 2 weeks. If you get it done first let me know, and most of all spread the word!
"Ford Fusion, Mercury Milan and Lincoln MKZ also earned the highest individual ratings from IIHS for frontal crash test performance. In addition, Fusion and Milan achieved top performance in the IIHS side impact test. All three vehicles come with standard front seat side impact airbags and 1st- and 2nd-row side-impact air curtains."
Great news for Ford!
