They have a premium plus car (or several of them) Sticker was 36,359. They told me they will sell them for 31,900 so a 36 month lease with ZERO CAP COST reduction, 12K miles, will be $499.00.
The selling price of the car sounds ok to me but the $499 sounds high. Salesman claims Lexus Financial is not agressive in the financing part of the deal. I asked abot the 350 because it has a few nice features. He told me there is no incentives to move them and to igure about $100.00 a month addtl.
Appreciate any comments. I think he will make a lower offer to me than the 499 but trying to figure the best deal.

Also, would like to know from anyone owning this model how happy or not he/she is. We own Hondas now and are considering the Lexus mainly for the more comfortable ride, particularly for long trips.
Thanks
Rob
I've never leased a car before and was wondering if you could help me with the following lease quote.
2007 ES350 with Ultra luxury package
State: NJ County: STATE INCLUSIVE
Lease Term: 36
Total Payment: 819.19
Out of Pocket: 0.00
MSRP: 43,989.00
Residual: 26,393.40
Mileage: 15,000
I asked for zero money down. As of now the salesman is not budging on Sale price because this is a newly launched model.
I would like your opinion on this deal? Any suggestions on how I can negotiate a better deal?
Also I was told that the residual value/buying price is not negotiable at the end of the lease term, but I've known people who have negotiated a lower buyout price. Is this something that I have to haggle the dealer about?
Thanks for your time.
Jay
I am looking at a 2007 ES350 w/Nav and Premium Plus with this:
State: TX County: Tarrant
Lease Term: 36
Total Payment: $662
Out of Pocket: $3000
MSRP: $40749
Selling Price: $39749
Residual: 62%
Mileage: 12k
Money Factor: .00355
I have already negotiated $1000 off the MSRP and they are providing free ceramic tint and all weather mats and oil changes for the 36 months.
My question is, is there anything in the financing side of the deal that is negotiable, specifically the money factor?
I am trying to get my payments as low as possible.
Thank you,
MartinR
We ended up negotiating down to $27,250 from what I thought was going to be $28,000. My salesman told me the Lexus certified warranty cost $845.
Call your bank or credit union and get the NADA values for the car - Loan, Trade, Retail. Loan is the lowest value and is what dealers are most likely to actually have in the vehicle. "Trade value" is really a misnomer as far as NADA goes.
Heated/Ventilated seats are a very nice option. Not all ES330s have them. Also, check to see if it has a 6-disc or single disc player.
HID/Xenon headlights are better than standard halogens by miles and miles. I consider them an absolute MUST HAVE. If you haven't experienced them you need to. Absence of Xenons is a deal breaker for me. fwiw
Depending on how many miles you drive and the original in-service date of the car having it certified might not be all that great of a deal. In my mother's case we would have been buying only six months of additional warranty, because there's 30 months of regular warranty left on her car and she will run out of time before she exceeds the mileage limitation.
426.00 a month Plus tax 12K miles
He said maybe he can offer zero money down other than first month..Appreciate any suggestions.

Has any one out there recently leased the RX330? I am looking to do a sign and drive without anything down, or very little down.I can go with either a 36 or 48 mo lease.
I live on Long Island NY and have been in contact with Lexus of Massapequa. Any info (intelligence) would be appreciated as the more info i have the better term i can negotiate.
But of the people I know who have NAVs, none would want to do without them in the future.

As far as the specific lease that you are interested in goes, you never mentioned the selling price of the car that you are interested in. This is an important number for you as a consumer to know for two reasons. First, the selling prices of leased vehicles can be negotiated, just as if you were paying cash for them. Without knowing the price of the car that you want to lease you don't know how good a price you are getting it for. The second reason is that one needs the selling price of a vehicle that they want to lease is that it is necessary to calculate its lease payment. I would be more than happy to give you my opinion of this deal if you let me know what its selling price is.

The dealer that you are working with does not have the authority to negotiate your vehicles' lease-end purchase price. This number is between you and the bank that you are leasing through. More often than not, consumers are not able to negotiate the end of term purchase prices of leased vehicles. The consumers who are successful in doing so place a call directly to the bank that they are leasing through a month or two before the scheduled end of their leases and to see if they can get a price break.

I write because I have a question about an offer made on an ES330. A dealer has emailed me about a 2006 ES330 Black Diamond with NAV for 32,880. Does that seem like a good price? The car has about 4,300 miles on it. Sounds good to me- but I want to be sure. Any input would be helpful. Thanks
The black diamond is a beautiful car. The ES350 is even more so.
Thanks

I've probably not been noticing the small light when driving in the daytime.
Is there any way to make the car beep or something? I have been depending on my old car's several-second beep if you start it with low fuel.
The ES 330 is a great car, but given all the electronics in it, that seems tacky. Maybe the previous owner shut some setting off, but I couldn't find anything besides the light mentioned in the manual.
Thanks for any suggestions.
Thanks!

drive off 550.65 plus OC tax= 593.33...do not have the time or patience to deal with all the dealership drama.. What is the right lease price, anyone have a pleasant experience in Orange County, CA
Since I am so far over on the mileage is my best choice simply to purchase the vehicle at the buy-out price? Is there are negotiating on the buy-out price or the mileage penalty?
Thanks for the help.
I just purchased an IS 250.
I think I got a good deal on the car except for the 'Tires for life program' that I purchased with it. I researched on everything else before buying this car but I made a mistake on knowing nothing about the Tires for life program.
Anyway, does anyone know if Lexus dealerships would give me a refund on this.
I bought it for $1,900 and I really think its not worth it. I had my car for three weeks now. I know if you purchased an extended warranty you have 60 days to decide and they will refund you if you choose not to continue with it.
So please does anyone know and had an experience on this??? :confuse:
Thank you.
