Just came across this article about something called the Acura Select Advantage Program. See http://www.autonews.com/article/20090216/ANA06/902160333/1197
It says that there may be a $750 incentive for "first time" leasees whose lease expires between Feb 1 and April 30. Does anyone know anything about this?? Is this $750 in addition to the incentive that exists right now and is set to expire March 2? Are they firm about "first time leaseholders? I may be on my second lease though i'm not sure the first was through Honda Financial.
Thanks!!

Which dealer u go for TSX base? i living in NY too.
I, too, was asked to subscribe but then I searched under the term "Acura Select Advantage Program and the link to Automotive News opened. I'm not sure there is actually much new there, but maybe someone else can shed some light on it. If I hear more, I'll post it.

Send me and Email and I'll tell you. (Dramirez112@gmail.com)
They're pretty straight forward as long as you show them that you're knowledgeable and let them know you're not to be played with... Tell them the price you want to get the car for and negotiate from there...
I feel like I got jipped a little cause I was happy I got the price I wanted but then they were like we need to include the destination fee. I was like F**K... $715
$333.06 with no cash down is not bad but I just want a second opinion from others who are already leasing the TSX Base model.

Bank fee? Doc fee? I would expect doc fee, but not a bank fee? What is with all the fees? I assume you have to pay all the taxes up front. Indiana, I don't have to do this.
And yes, I'll be paying the taxes upfront because they do charge interest on it so I rather just deal with it now than end up paying more in the long run.
If anyone wants a great deal on Acura and lives in NY tri-state area, e-mail me at xxhaimbondxx@aim.com and I will get you in touch with my salesperson. I am getting a base TSX for $1100 drive off and $326 per month (tax included).
Google 'Acquisition Fee' and you will find that most of the definitions refer to it as a bank fee. I believe that the fee to return a car into decent shape is most often called a 'Disposition Fee'
Congrats on getting a great deal on your TSX lease. I'm shopping in the Twin Cities area and hope to do as well.
If there is disposition fee, it is paid at the end of the lease when you turn the car in. Not all leases have a disposition fee...in fact I don't think the Honda finance ones do.
09 base tsx
39 mth/ 15K miles
body side molding added at the dealer
true zero down, only paid 1st month, 45 doc fee, 12 tire fee and DMV at signing
all taxes and bank fees, acquisition fees, destination etc included in the monthly
379 / mth
Looks like u got great deal. what is tax rate there?
Should a 39month lease be more or less $$ than a 36 month lease and what approximately should that difference be?
Thanks.

The numbers for an otherwise identical 36 month lease are .00250 and 60%.
When negotiating your lease on this car, make sure to take the $750 dealer cash that is currently available on it into account.

If I was in the market for an '09 TSX right now, I personally would shoot for a selling price of around dealer invoice minus the available $750 dealer cash.
