Central MA buyer looking at offer for '11 awd Rogue SV w/Sl pkg., flr mats, splash guards. MSRP $29430. Offered lease w/ 2K down 12K yr. miles and 39 months @ $295. This includes 2-$500 rebates utilized. Is this really a great deal or so,so one for this late into year? Honda CRV 4x4 w/EXL trim offered at $278mo w/0 down or $ 221 w 2K down 36 mo. lease @ 12K yr. mileage. Wife likes Rogue ext. looks better but Honda deal and reliability reputation more to my liking. Is the revamped Rogue that much better of car from those who have one and tested Honda? Thks.

This what I was just offered today in Atlanta, GA.

36 months at 15k per year at 378 tax included, If you go to 39 months we are at 363 tax included and 15k per year. This is for the 2011 Nissan Rogue SV with the SL package 2wd

Is this good or can I do better?

The best deal found was from Nissan garden city ... 1st month/ dmv 12000 39 month at 299 mo. That w/ TAXES IN... THE NEXT DEAL WAS 325 (2011 Nissan rogue s v sl pkg). I am waiting till year end to do deal

Settled on in stock 2011 AWD Rogue SL w/mats,splash,alum.kick plates. Dealer adding free: 1yr.maint.+ rear bumper protector+bumped miles to 15K yr. vs 12K. $334 mo. w/$334 down, 39mo.lease. Would have been less if our state had better laws capping highly inflated acq.+doc.fees($1,120) plus preventing guesstimating excise taxes into ttl. taxes financial deal.6.25% is bad enough. This smells of a form of dbl. taxation to customer, but is legal in MA..I've noticed in web searches that only very few states have tighter regulations w/fixed ttls. all have to abide by versus just establishing a max. ceiling law on fees.

Hey aitrus03. Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp.'s December buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2011 Rogue SV with 12,000 miles per year are .00218 and 62%, respectively.

I don't believe that Nissan is currently providing any cash incentives on leases of this truck.

Just visited a Nissan Dealer in New Jersey. The lease deal that was laid out to me for a 2011 Rogue S were as follows: 36 months, 15K a year. Residual Value 63% ($14,867). Money Factor .00218, MSRP $23,230. The selling price (gross capitalized cost is $23,328) This comes out to $318 a month. Due at signing: 1st month payment ($318), Title/Reg Fees ($299), Tire Tax ($7.50) = $624.50. The $249 Doc Fee would be waived. The gross capitalized cost of $23,328 I believe is way out of line. From what has been posted on the net, the True Market Value of a 2011 Rogue S is $20,105. If I add in the $595 acquisition fee and the $600 in tax the gross capitalized cost is $21,300. This reduces the monthly payment down to $179 + Money Factor Charge $83.26 , which brings the total monthly charge to $262.26. I believe the dealers lease rate of $318 is off. Over the course of 36 months the difference is $2016. Anyone have any comparisons for lease deals for the 2011 Rogue?

What would be a fair lease payment on a 2011 Nissan Rogue SV with SL pkg ($27,090 msrp + 810 deliv + doc + tax + title), 36-39 months, no down payment, 15k miles/yr (North Georgia)?

What would be a good negotiated price? (And do the lease calculations use the lower negotiated "sales" price or the retail price?)

    money factor?
    residual value?

Does anyone know what special deals or programs are available on Rogue leases in this area?

Thanks for the help and advice.

    Hi:

    NY Tri-State Area

    2011 Rogue SV w/SL package
    $299/month
    $0 "Down"
    + $595 bank fee
    + Tax & Title
    Term: 39 months & 12k miles/year

Seems like good deal but so hard to tell.
How bad is 39 months vs. 36 months?

    Advice/opinions appreciated - THANKS!
  • g6leaserg6leaser Member Posts: 160
    Hello MJansen,

    I just paid $304/month for 39 months - 15,000 miles/year for the
Rogue SV w/SL package (including mats, cargo cover, rear bumper protector)
Used $1,500 bonus cash for Feb/Presidents Weekend.

Just to give you an idea.
  • mjansen1000mjansen1000 Member Posts: 2
    Hi g6leaser ...

THANKS ... Your 15k miles is nice... real nice... especially with mats & cover.

So with the 1,500 bonus cash did you have to put any other money down? Is the $304 all inclusive of "bank fee", tax & title or not including those things?

    Thanks again.
  • g6leaserg6leaser Member Posts: 160
    Hello Mjansen,

I know car_man would advise against this but the wife's Santa Fe was getting up there in miles - 116k and she wanted a change - so we used it toward trade in on the lease - got 3k for it - not bad considering it needs brakes, timing belt, transmission work, etc - in good shape but needed work. We also rolled the first month up into the payments. Really happy with the deal. All the fees were included - only paid first month which we rolled in.

Enjoying the car greatly, mpgs are better than expected - quiet ride, I don't hear the whir noise from the CVT that many are complaining about. Again under 1,000 miles so far - will post an updated review later on down the road.

    Good luck!

    NYC - Manhattan

    2011 Rogue SV w/SL package
    $299/month
    + $300 bank fee
    + DMV fee

tax/title/destination/all other fees rolled into $299 monthly payment
    Term: 39 months & 12k miles/year

I did trade in a 2008 Honda Fit Sport Automatic. It was a lease with 3 months left which they covered the payments for ($708) and gave me $3K positive equity for a down payment. They were able to execute the lease buyback for just under $10K and offered me $13K, hence the $3K positive equity.

Includes splash guards, rear bumper plate, wheel locks, kick plates. Is this a pretty decent deal? It seems pretty comparable to the above.

Rm567, if I was in the market for a Rogue right now, I personally would shoot for a selling price of $500 or so over dealer invoice.

Hi pcullen1. NMAC's March buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2011 Rogue SV AWD with 15,000 miles per year are .00203 and 59%, respectively.

If you were to lease either of these vehicles with only 12,000 miles per year, their residual values would be 2% higher.

And how about the lease numbers for the basic S FWD with MSRP of 22010? I'm a basic kind of guy
  • biggbrotherbiggbrother Member Posts: 87
I am going to be a possible co-signer on my fiance's lease of a Rogue. I qualify for top-tier, but she probably does not since she hasn't established much credit yet.

Since I qualify for top-tier, would she be able to get the lease through NMAC under these terms since I am co-signing?
  • biggbrotherbiggbrother Member Posts: 87
Also, Car Man, are the money factor numbers and residual numbers on the AWD model or the FWD model?

A dealer faxed me the actual NMAC sheet for a FWD SV that states the residual as .60 for 36 months 12k per year, and the money factor as .00230 (top-tier). These are slightly off from your provided numbers.
  • This is a great deal. Can you please tell me where you got this deal?

May I get the money factor and the residual for the month of May for:

    * 2011 Rogue SV AWD 12K miles, 36 months?
    * 2011 Rogue SV with SL package AWD 12K miles, 36 months?

Are the numbers much better for 39 months?

    Many thanks!

    Hi Carman,

Do you happen to have the May lease rates for a 2011 Rogue SV with SL package FWD 12k and 36 months?

    Thank you for your time.
  • mjwz06mjwz06 Member Posts: 1
    Hi Carman,

Could you also post the May lease rates for Rogue SV AWD 12K and 39 months? Do the rates change if we add the SL package?

We were quoted $359/mo for 39 months with about $1500 in upfront fees (bank acq, registration, doc prep). I think we're getting hosed, but wanted to confirm.

    Thank you in advance!

Hi I got this quote from a Nissan dealer for a Rogue SV with SL package, is this a OK deal? for 12k mile per year i believe - I don't know anything about leases, so please help me out

2011 Nissan Rogue SV FWD with the SL package that you are requesting. The MSRP on this Rogue is $28,210 and the invoice is $26,298. The residual for a 39 month lease is 57% or $16,079. The money factor used is .00194. The payment comes to $344 per month plus monthly sales tax of $31.13 for a total monthly payment of $375.13. This is with zero down except for the first payment and the first year of registration; which is actually zero down.
  • biggbrotherbiggbrother Member Posts: 87
I leased a 2011 Rogue SV AWD (no sl package) for $1000 up front (which included first payment, acq fee, and title and registration fees). Payment is $286 plus the 7% tax ($307).

That was with an MSRP, of $25,800, and a lease price of $21,900, including the $1000 cash Nissan was offering towards leases. Did you verify if the cash is still available?

I think you can do a bit better. The Rogue actually became available in 2007. Sot it's a bit long in the tooth, and facing tough competition from newer recently redesigned models (Tuscon, Sportage, Mitsubishi Sport, etc). Plus dealers gave tons in stock, and the 2012 models are coming.
