There are only a limited number of ways to lower your lease payment:
1. Negotiate the lowest possible selling price - is $1500 enough? Hard to say with such a new model.
2. Ensure you are getting the base MF; for the 2015 C300, it is currently .00150. Your dealer is marking up the quote they gave you for a bit of extra profit. Politely but firmly explain that you won't sign a deal with an inflated MF.
MSRP was 39,680, final sale price was 37,931 with all fees.
$2200 down 27 month/10k miles $412/month
Car has "sports package" and "keyless go".
I know this has to be far from there best deal. There is about $1300 in paint protection and documentation fees factored in there which should easily be taken out.
What would be a realistic monthly price to negotiate with 0 down. I would like to aim for $375 0 down. Does this seem possible? especially this late in the year when im sure they want the leftover 2014's out?

This is in south florida.
The MF is .00101 and the 27/10 residual is 68%
With your MSRP and selling price, I get a pre-tax payment of $471.07 with $0 down. If the entire $2200 is used as cap cost reduction, then the pre-tax payment would drop by $81/mo.
You might have more room to negotiate a lower selling price.
I was looking for feedback on the 2015 C Class leasing experiences under the FEP program. Specifically, I was looking to understand how -
- Are FEP incentives taken off the MSRP or does this program have it's own pricings? - Do dealers usually attempt to include the FEP incentive into the negotiated price or should I first negotiate the price and then have them reduce the FEP incentive from that number? - The FEP control # voucher says "$1,000 incentive combinable with MBFS Special Lease Rate". Does this mean that an additional $1000 lease incentive is available over and above the published incentive for the 2015 C Class? - Is it advisable to disclose that I am a FEP client upfront? My initial take is that discussing FEP upfront will muddy the price negotiations but I am open to feedback..
I am sure I'll have more questions but I am trying to get my bearings around this process...it seems a bit overwhelming! Thanks for any guidance you guys may have..

Was given the following from MB for a 2014 CLA 250:
36/10 MSRP $33,600 Residual: 65% MF: .00118
Do those look accurate?
Also doing some research, between demand for the CLA and end of 2014 models, it looks like, based on Edmunds invoice price, it may be hard to get any type of discount off MSRP. They gave a $500 discount without any negotiation as a start.. Also was shocked at the "bank fee" for MB Financing of $1,095! Is this normal or horribly inflated? Between DMV/Bank Fee/Doc Fees for Florida, its close to $2,200 just in fees.

Have an update:
Got $2,460 off MSRP at this point. So with FL tax and paying all fees out of pocket and no Additional Cap Cost reductions I have the following.
36/10 MSRP: 33,600 65% residual of 21,840 Sales price 31,140 MF =.00118 with 7% FL tax, $343.31
Estimated out of pocket $2,500 = of first month payment of 343, 700 doc fee, 225 DMV fees, 66.50 FL fee, and 1,095 bank fee.

I show the base MF as .00128. Maybe your quote includes the discount for autopay? The residual is correct.
The bank fee is marked up the maximum from the base fee of $795. I'm sure the doc fee in Florida is outrageous ($600-$900?). The lease program on the CLA is pretty good, but I'd at least insist on a discount from MSRP that would at least equal the doc fee + the $300 acq.fee markup. Otherwise, you are paying over MSRP.

Hello and happy holidays! I put this in the 2015 forum, too. If anyone is around, can you tell me the MF and residual for a 2014 C300 sport, 27 month lease, 10k and 12k miles? Would also consider the 3 year (or 39 month) lease if it's more attractive. You guys are the best! Thanks.

Hi, what is the MF and residual for a 2014 C63 AMG for 10K miles/year for 24, 30 and 36 months. Is MB pushing a particular lease term more than the other and any potential incentives given the pending arrival of the 2015 c63. thank you

Standard MF (.00180 to .00220 is what we think) and 54% / 50% / 50% for 24 / 30 / 36 months.
