2016 Lease please advise

New to leasing, please help!

I was quoted for a 36 month 10k per year lease:

3.0T quattro premium plus
MSRP 61495
3600 rebates/incentives
Adjusted price 57,895 plus tax and fees= 61,484.25
5000 down=735/month
2500 down=810/month

MF .00109 and residual of 56%

Is this a good deal, and is the MF accurate?

    The money factor is marked up from the base MF of .00069.

    $3600 of incentives an rebates, but no discount from MSRP, otherwise?

    Not a good deal.

    Sorry, need to clarify, 2600 discount off MSRP, plus 1000 incentive.....I do not qualify for any of the other loyalty discounts etc..

    Regarding the MF markup, can that be negotiated down and how much does that affect price?

    Also, is the MF the same for 12,000 miles also?

    Should I negotiate more off the MSRP or is the MF more important?

    Be polite and explain that you won't sign a deal with a marked up MF .. they know what the base number is, no need to negotiate.

    Both MF and selling price are important; they are the only two variables in a lease. You want the base MF and the lowest price you can negotiate.

    Hello. I need to see if I am getting a decent deal on an Audi 2016 A6 premium package plus technology, winter package. With out of pocket of 1500 my lease payment is 650. 10miles 36 month lease. Msrp is 57,418
